On Deck by MDC / MDC Inventory (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when using the On Deck by MDC web app and mobile application.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication data
- Inventory and collection data entered, imported, or edited by users
- Card metadata such as names, sets, card numbers, prices, grades, cert numbers, and collection assignments
- App usage and diagnostic information
- Device/browser information necessary for app functionality, sync, security, and troubleshooting
How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain app functionality
- Sync collection and inventory data across devices
- Improve app performance and reliability
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse
Analytics and browser storage
On Deck uses browser storage that is necessary for app preferences and functionality. Optional Meta Pixel analytics are loaded only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics. When enabled, analytics may measure page visits and actions such as a private-sales inquiry submission.

Authentication
MDC Inventory uses third-party authentication providers and services including Firebase Authentication.
Data Storage
User data is stored using cloud-based infrastructure, including Firebase / Google Cloud services. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-Party Services
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, database, hosting, storage, security, and app infrastructure
- Apple services for iOS distribution and device/app platform functionality
- Third-party card, marketplace, grading, and lookup services when users open links, import data, export data, or use card/image lookup workflows
Card data, marketplace data, card images, grading company lookups, and external pricing links may be provided by or routed through third-party services. See our Third-Party Data Notice for more details. You can also review our Terms of Use.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, or improve the app, or when required by law.
Children’s Privacy
MDC Inventory is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their On Deck by MDC account and associated app data through the Delete Account Request page.
