Using On Deck
On Deck by MDC is an inventory, pricing-reference, card-show, labeling, and sales-workflow tool operated by Mount Diablo Cards. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, import, publish, print, or use when making buying, selling, trading, grading, or listing decisions.
Accounts and access
Keep your account credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed when necessary to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the service.
Prices and third-party data
Market values, card images, grading information, sold-search links, and other third-party references are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. On Deck does not guarantee a card’s value, authenticity, grade, sale price, availability, or marketplace outcome.
Private sales and public catalogs
A private-sale inquiry does not reserve a card, create a binding sale, or require a seller to accept an offer. Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming the card, condition, price, payment method, delivery or meetup arrangements, and any applicable taxes or legal obligations.
User content
You retain responsibility for inventory records, photos, prices, notes, and other content you submit. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use. You grant Mount Diablo Cards the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be added, removed, interrupted, or become unavailable. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, On Deck is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that third-party data, pricing, marketplace links, exports, labels, or workflows will be error-free or fit every purpose.
